Doing Happiness
What do you do daily to create your own happiness? Recently, I saw some trash on the ground outside our fast food restaurant. I thought, "They should really clean that up." As I walked to the door, my husband bent down and collected the trash and brought it into the fast food place and disposed of it. He did the right thing. He is a beautiful example of doing the right thing. Doing the right thing makes us happy. He was doing happiness. I learned a lesson that day.

Change can ultimately be a good thing- even when it starts off looking the opposite.
